Zhejiang Jitai New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is located in the Hangzhou Bay Shangyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national-level development zone. Our Company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of fluorine-containing aromatic functional chemicals, including pharmaceutical intermediates, agrochemical intermediates, and liquid crystal materials. Currently, our Company has over 380 employees, with more than 30% holding a college degree or higher, reflecting our strong commitment to technical expertise and innovation-driven development.
 

Founded on March 18, 2003, our company was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ)—commonly known as the "New Third Board"—on July 20, 2015 (Stock Code: 832834; Stock Abbreviation: Jitai New Materials). Since then, our company has established a robust innovation ecosystem, including key scientific and technological platforms such as the Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation, the Zhejiang Enterprise Research Institute, and the Shaoxing Doctoral Innovation Station, among others. In 2016, we established Nanjiao Chemical, a wholly-owned subsidiary, which is recognized as a nationally designated pesticide manufacturer, a high-tech enterprise, and a council member of the Zhejiang Pesticide Association. Nanjiao Chemical specializes in the production of technical-grade active pesticide ingredients, including Tricyclazole, Teflubenzuron, and Lufenuron. In 2020, our company expanded its production footprint by establishing the Lanzhou Hongxuan Branch, in which it holds a 62% equity stake. Located within a provincial-level chemical industrial park in Gansu Province, the facility spans 176,088 square meters and comprises 11 production plants, with a total investment of RMB 400 million. The site focuses on the manufacturing of high-end pharmaceutical intermediates, including:7-Chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro-4-oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid, Sitagliptin, Omeprazole chloride, and Lansoprazole chloride.
 

Our company is currently recognized as a National Specialized, Refinement, Distinctive, and Innovative “Little Giant” Enterprise, as well as a Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology SME, an Innovative SME in Zhejiang Province, and an implementing enterprise for Zhejiang’s “Key R&D Program” and “Vanguard·Leading Goose” Projects. From 2013 to 2024, 25 inventions—including “A Method for Preparing 3,4,5-Trifluorobromobenzene”—have been granted invention patents by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). Our company has taken a leading role in formulating seven national and industry standards, and has obtained certifications for the ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), and ISO 56005 (Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Capability) management systems—demonstrating a comprehensive and internationally aligned management framework.
 

Our company also possesses mature expertise in handling hazardous chemical processes—such as fluorination, chlorination, nitration, hydrogenation, and diazotization—and demonstrates strong flexibility in synthesizing complex compounds through diverse reaction pathways. Our Key products include 3,4,5-trifluorobromobenzene, o-fluoroaniline, p-fluoroaniline, o-difluorobenzene, and p-difluorobenzene, among others.
 

Going forward, our company will continue to leverage technological innovation to strengthen independent R&D capabilities, advance the industry’s overall technical standards, develop high-end specialty products, and extend the industrial chain.
